  • Kat Miller

    About Kat

After graduating from the University of Cincinnati, Kat began her career as a loan officer at a local mortgage company. Nearly twenty years later she is licensed in California, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida, and has been a Presidents Club producer every year since 2008.

Kat focuses on helping people find the right solution for their home buying or refinancing goals. She works with all the traditional programs, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and jumbo, and also specializes in financing for self-employed borrowers, business owners and real estate investors through bank statement, P&L, asset depletion and DSCR programs.

Borrowers who have been told no elsewhere are often the ones she can help most, whether their tax returns do not reflect what they actually earn or the property did not fit a standard box. A mortgage is the biggest financial decision most people ever make, and she treats it that way.

  • Bill McCracken

    Bill McCracken

    About Bill

Bill grew up in Tinley Park, Illinois and lives in Dyer, Indiana. He works in conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and DSCR loans.

The files he is best on are the ones that hit a roadblock somewhere: complicated income, credit that needs work, an underwriter asking for something nobody expected. He explains the costs at the start rather than at the end, tells you what is happening and why as it happens, and stays with the file through underwriting instead of handing it off. He does not give up on a difficult one.

Most of his first conversations are the same three questions. How much can I afford, how much do I need down, can I qualify at all. He will answer all three on the first call.

    About Jeffrey

Jeffrey has been in mortgages for twenty-eight years. Before that he spent eleven years as an insurance representative for Prudential.

He works in Indiana and Illinois, and most of his volume is conventional, VA and FHA. He works especially well with informed buyers who have done their reading and want a straight conversation about the mechanics rather than a sales pitch.

Every client asks about rate. His answer is always the same, which is that every situation is different and a long list of factors determines what any individual borrower is offered.
