What we are working to
We build this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means readable color contrast, text that resizes without breaking the layout, every image carrying a description, forms whose labels are attached to their fields, and a page you can operate entirely from a keyboard.
We are not going to claim the site is perfect. It is a large site and it changes often. What we will do is fix what you tell us about.

No part of getting a mortgage from us requires you to use this website. Every application, document and disclosure can be handled by phone, by post, or in person at any of our ten offices.
