Seth has been a mortgage professional for more than twenty years. His brother was already in the business and brought him in after he graduated from Purdue, which meant he learned the work from someone who cared whether he learned it properly.
What kept him in it is how much the job matters to the person on the other side. A mortgage is one of the more stressful things most people go through and also one of the more rewarding, and being the person who explains it is a real job worth doing well.
He is committed to making sure clients understand their options and know where the file stands at every stage. Questions do not keep business hours, and neither does he — he is available seven days a week.
