Ryan O’Malley

About Ryan

Ryan has spent more than twenty-three years in mortgage lending, entering the field in 2003. He has worked through several market cycles and a great deal of regulatory change while keeping the same focus: getting clients the financing that fits what they are actually trying to do.

Over his career Ryan has closed more than one billion dollars in mortgage loans. That volume reflects technical command of the work and, as much as anything, the ability to structure a deal efficiently when the situation is competitive and time matters.

Three things sit at the center of how he works: constant communication, efficiency, and trust. Proactive communication keeps a transaction moving and is what builds a relationship that lasts past the closing. Cutting out delay is the rest of it.

He works across the Chicagoland area and, through his licensing, considerably further. Borrowers come back to him for straightforward guidance and reliable execution.

Check this officer before you call

Every mortgage loan originator in the United States carries their own NMLS number, and so does the company they work for. Both are public, and both are listed on this page. Looking someone up takes under a minute and it is the single best habit a borrower can have — with us, and with anyone else you are talking to.

Company: CME Lending Group LLC, doing business as The Mortgage Exchange, NMLS #1248883. In Indiana, The Mortgage Exchange, LLC. Verify the company at NMLS Consumer Access, or see our full licensing table.

No rates, payments or quotes appear on this page, and that is deliberate. Anything you are told about a rate or a payment should come to you in writing on a Loan Estimate after you apply — not from a marketing page. If you want real numbers for your situation, that is exactly the conversation to have with the officer above.

A licensed loan officer reviews what you send and tells you where you stand, in writing. No cost, and no obligation to go further.
