About Panayotis

Pano has worked in investment and finance for more than twenty-seven years. He takes real pride in finding the right loan for someone and keeping the process as simple as it can honestly be made.

His focus is self-employed borrowers, veterans and first-time buyers — three groups whose files rarely look straightforward on paper and usually are once someone takes the time with them.

He lives in New Buffalo, Michigan, with his wife and three children. He coaches youth sports and serves on the New Buffalo Township Planning Commission.

Every mortgage loan originator in the United States carries their own NMLS number, and so does the company they work for. Both are public, and both are listed on this page. Looking someone up takes under a minute and it is the single best habit a borrower can have — with us, and with anyone else you are talking to.

Company: CME Lending Group LLC, doing business as The Mortgage Exchange, NMLS #1248883. In Indiana, The Mortgage Exchange, LLC. Verify the company at NMLS Consumer Access, or see our full licensing table.

No rates, payments or quotes appear on this page, and that is deliberate. Anything you are told about a rate or a payment should come to you in writing on a Loan Estimate after you apply — not from a marketing page. If you want real numbers for your situation, that is exactly the conversation to have with the officer above.

A licensed loan officer reviews what you send and tells you where you stand, in writing. No cost, and no obligation to go further.
