About Megan

Megan has been in finance and mortgage licensed since 2012, with multiple banking and finance roles along the way. She joined The Mortgage Exchange in 2025.

She is licensed in Indiana and Florida, and works with clients in Carmel, Westfield, Zionsville, Fishers, Noblesville and throughout the Indianapolis metropolitan area. She specializes in conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and first-time buyer programs.

She works well with established families looking for a forever home, first-time buyers, self-employed borrowers and real estate investors.

What clients ask her most is what to expect. Knowing how the process actually works, and being told in advance what is coming, is what puts people at ease and makes the experience a good one, so that is where she starts.

Megan's family lives in Westfield, Indiana, and they have been Indiana residents their entire lives. Her husband Robert is also in finance, which gives them a shared vocabulary that ends up helping her clients. Their two boys, Brooks and Wesley, keep them busy.

Every mortgage loan originator in the United States carries their own NMLS number, and so does the company they work for. Both are public, and both are listed on this page. Looking someone up takes under a minute and it is the single best habit a borrower can have — with us, and with anyone else you are talking to.

Company: CME Lending Group LLC, doing business as The Mortgage Exchange, NMLS #1248883. In Indiana, The Mortgage Exchange, LLC. Verify the company at NMLS Consumer Access, or see our full licensing table.

No rates, payments or quotes appear on this page, and that is deliberate. Anything you are told about a rate or a payment should come to you in writing on a Loan Estimate after you apply — not from a marketing page. If you want real numbers for your situation, that is exactly the conversation to have with the officer above.

A licensed loan officer reviews what you send and tells you where you stand, in writing. No cost, and no obligation to go further.
