Luke Feliciano

About Luke

Luke is a residential mortgage professional whose aim is to make home financing straightforward, transparent and built around what a client is actually trying to do.

He works with buyers, homeowners and real estate investors, and has access to a wide range of programs including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, investment and non-QM.

His approach goes past getting a loan approved. He believes in educating clients, building a plan, and making sure people understand their options well enough to make a confident decision about one of the largest financial commitments they will make. Whether it is a first home, a move-up purchase, a refinance or building an investment portfolio, he intends to be a resource for the whole process rather than a voice that disappears after the application.

He thinks good relationships start with being approachable and genuine, and he brings the same personality to clients and real estate partners alike.

Outside of mortgages, Luke cooks, plays golf, tests his knowledge at trivia, and spends time with his tuxedo cat, Ziti.

Every mortgage loan originator in the United States carries their own NMLS number, and so does the company they work for. Both are public, and both are listed on this page. Looking someone up takes under a minute and it is the single best habit a borrower can have — with us, and with anyone else you are talking to.

Company: CME Lending Group LLC, doing business as The Mortgage Exchange, NMLS #1248883. In Indiana, The Mortgage Exchange, LLC. Verify the company at NMLS Consumer Access, or see our full licensing table.

No rates, payments or quotes appear on this page, and that is deliberate. Anything you are told about a rate or a payment should come to you in writing on a Loan Estimate after you apply — not from a marketing page. If you want real numbers for your situation, that is exactly the conversation to have with the officer above.

A licensed loan officer reviews what you send and tells you where you stand, in writing. No cost, and no obligation to go further.
