About Kristina

Kristina started in real estate in 2016 as a realtor and practiced in Texas, California and Ohio before moving into mortgage lending in 2023. She works all of Ohio with most of her business in Greater Cleveland, and does conventional, FHA, VA and DSCR loans. She speaks a little Spanish.

She is at her best with first time buyers, with senior citizens, and with investors. She also takes on borrowers whose credit scores are too low today, because she stays in touch and keeps being a resource while the credit comes up, rather than closing the file and moving on.

She holds a B.A. in Business Management and an MBA concentrated in banking and finance. What she likes most is the teaching part, getting a client fully prepared for the process and for owning the house once they have it.

Check this officer before you call

Every mortgage loan originator in the United States carries their own NMLS number, and so does the company they work for. Both are public, and both are listed on this page. Looking someone up takes under a minute and it is the single best habit a borrower can have — with us, and with anyone else you are talking to.

Company: CME Lending Group LLC, doing business as The Mortgage Exchange, NMLS #1248883. In Indiana, The Mortgage Exchange, LLC. Verify the company at NMLS Consumer Access, or see our full licensing table.

No rates, payments or quotes appear on this page, and that is deliberate. Anything you are told about a rate or a payment should come to you in writing on a Loan Estimate after you apply — not from a marketing page. If you want real numbers for your situation, that is exactly the conversation to have with the officer above.

A licensed loan officer reviews what you send and tells you where you stand, in writing. No cost, and no obligation to go further.
